Based on all the rave reviews, I had high hopes for this shoe. Didn't get the same shoes as you and what a disappointment. They were very difficult to put on at first, the top tongue barely slipping over the ankles. I have very thin ankles (7.5 inch circumference) and as soon as I put the first one on and stood up, it immediately cut off circulation in the upper part of the ankle. Have never worn a second one. In terms of shoe size, they are ok. And they are very light. That's all that's true. The showers are plastic, or at least they look like it, and the memory foam is very thin and not at all comfortable. Very cheap shoes. Send back.
