Catalog problem is good for phones and accessories
No matter how many times I tried to download Bluetooth, wipe, turn on/off etc., the catalog didn't load properly. UPDATE 9/23/20: I unplugged this TV and got my old Panasonic TV back! The directory never worked properly, but what's worse, to look up a name, you simply have to scroll through the names to find the one you want. This is very bad; I bought it because it has a big screen, is louder and the numbers are backlit.
