My daughter works in a chocolate shop and they use large pots to melt chocolate and dip apples and strawberries. I make Easter candy every year and hate using a double roaster. She recommended using this instead and it's the perfect alternative. It melts chocolate very well and is a fantastic replacement for double fryers.
