Babies grow fast, so it's important to keep an eye on size. I ordered a size up with our growing child but they were very tight and restrictive at the waist. The legs were very tight, like baby skinny jeans. Children with leg rolls could not wear these because of the cut. I thought the fabric would be stretchy and give the illusion of denim. They weren't big enough or elastic enough. The fabric was scratchy and gave off a chemical or plastic odor that would dissipate after a few washes. I don't want scratchy fabrics or chemical fumes around my baby. The basic idea was good, but it didn't work.
