I love the clean feeling after wiping and then brushing. (Be careful to only spit in the trash can. Now, I even wipe my tongue and teeth before I brush my teeth to keep the oil from getting into the sink. My sink was clogged, so I checked those learned the hard way that I have to wipe my teeth and tongue). A touch of mint is good too. I have purchased this particular product over 10 times. I also bought the same product in a bottle. I definitely like the pouches over the bottle. However, I don't think it's bleach. I use it daily so you might think that my teeth will blind you when I smile, but it's not. That's why I gave this item 4 stars instead of 5. My dentist even said it doesn't whiten but is great for oral hygiene.
