Due to HP's policy that toner cartridges are blocked by a computer chip, you must use tweezers (included) to remove the chip from your existing HP cartridge onto this transferred to. I found this quite challenging (contrary to what is implied in the video). So far I haven't been able to get this to work as the HP chip is very difficult to remove. But I can't blame the manufacturer - otherwise everything looks good. You're lucky I'm better than mine.
