The laser is barely visible on the street

Let's start with what I like. I like the laser protection case. Like the tripod because it was mostly free. I like the latch to isolate the laser when moving or storing. I like that there are instructions in English. I like the fact that the instruction manual shows how to recalibrate the laser. I like the overall design and the ease of use of the device. Now let's get to the things I don't like. SCARE THE LASER! Batteries were not included in the kit and according to the manual they are for this model. This immediately raises red flags. The first thing I think of is receiving a returned product. Many people will steal batteries when the device is returned. The tripod is cheap and junk at best compared to a good one. When turning the handle to raise or lower the shaft. It has a filling similar to grinding plastic on plastic. Let's get to what I really want from the device. The spec says it can see up to 100 feet indoors, depending on the lighting. NO NO NO! It depends if you have 10/10 vision, an Apache helicopter night vision helmet, and if you can put those stupid red goggles on top. The first time I used it was 11.5ft outdoors in the shade at 2pm. I wanted to put a drainage level for a trunk wall with a driveway at the top. Dream of Mr. Ricardo Montalban. THIS IS FANTASY ISLAND! With red glasses I could see the barley line. I put the thing back in the case, pulled out my Transit, and got back to work. I worked until sunset, bringing it back to its maximum 20-foot range in low light. About the same indoors in daylight. I plan on keeping it because I work a lot after sunset and can use it up to 25ft in the dark. I also bought a red laser because I knew it was inferior to the human eye compared to green lasers. That's on me and also on the fact that the government has restrictions on all lasers over 5mW

Pros
