I'd like to say this little tens unit was very good as far as power as far as durability and duration of the battery life it now the easy to use part is a bit challenging if you don't read the instructions carefully you will be lost unless if your familiar with using a Tens unit you will know what pictures meant. You can use this little unit to help you detox and relive PAIN ! Also I wish it had maybe an extra button to help with functionality it has the center button a - and a + a W and a T as buttons and its all based on press and hold then hold and press to navigate the unit and for me it made it alot more confusing to try to remember the combos of press n hold then move and I couldn't find a set option on the unit it did have alot of strength in the currents it put out and brought on some powerful relief i was still pretty impressed with the unit and its powerful ability to do its job with better understanding it can be and is very effective and versatile it comes with a set of different types of pads and a left and Right clips for pads and a set of 4 clips for pads for abs or upper and lower back so it is a pretty good unit for the price and its also convenient to pack up and take anywhere with the pouch it has so that part helped me alot because I suffer from severe Neuropathy and it helped relieve pain in my feet and hands and its a great way to test for the sensation of a spinal chord stimulator and how it would feel its a pretty decent Tens Unit hope this helps anyone!
