Although there were no instructions on how to install / lace up the case, after watching some videos on Youtube I had a rough idea of how to proceed. It fits perfectly and appears to be very well made. My steering wheel was made of hard, textured plastic and was uncomfortable to hold for long periods of time. This cover really solved that problem. It's soft and with a slight increase in grip circumference really helped. My handlebar diameter is 14.5 inches. I believe this called for a medium sized cover, but one reviewer recommended going for a small one for a better fit. I'm glad it was heard. I think using the small size greatly improved the final fit and made it better fit the contours of my handlebars.
