This is a really pretty top. I love the polka dots and feel of it. I'm 5'2 and 135lbs and almost always wear a size medium. So I purchased the medium and it fits, but a little more snugger than I would like - I'm keeping the top because I'm afraid if I get a large, that it would not fit correctly. Like I said it does fit, just more snugger than I prefer. Just be warned that if you prefer a little more wiggle room in your tops like I do, this won't work for you. And I'm not sure how going up a size will work.
