I absolutely love this chair. It’s super comfortable and wasn’t difficult to put together at all aside from being a little heavy but considering how large it is that was a given. All the pieces came very well packaged. Originally my remote for the massage function was not working but I contacted the seller and they were more than happy to send me a replacement. Now my chair is fully put together the massage function works great and I couldn’t be happier it was totally worth the money! I would definitely recommend this for anyone who spends long periods of time sitting on a chair.
