Review on 🔍 Clear Galashield Glass Cover with Optimum Diameter by Terence Dardant

I have searched long and hard for a high glass dome without a stand at a reasonable price. This ticks all the boxes. I am a carpenter and baker. As a gift, I like to make wooden cake plates with a glass dome and put a cake in them. The plate pictured here is made from cherry and coated in tung oil that I made for a charity auction. I made a layered coconut cake to auction. Regular domes are too low for a layered cake, and while plastic domes are readily available in larger sizes, they just look cheap. It's made of glass and despite its height, it's not too heavy and the handle is nicely shaped so you can hold it firmly.
