As mentioned before, this plastic hook (I bought 2) makes hanging curtains incredibly easy. They're especially handy if you (like me) live in an apartment where you don't want to be responsible for damage to the wall from drilling holes. They even match my (imitation) nickel plated plastic molding. I've seen TV adverts showing how easy it is to take them off the wall and they work exactly as pictured. I had to adjust the placement of one of them and found removing them incredibly smooth. I would buy them again with great pleasure. Oh just a suggestion, make sure you measure the circumference of your curtain rod to make sure it fits that particular hook. (I didn't make it and my heart skipped a beat as I approached the set hooks with my shaft - praying it would fit.) Luckily it did!
