This does not stick
First I had an uncoated stainless steel pan and everything stuck to the pan. It was also difficult to clean. This coated one fixed everything and is perfect for my GE induction dual heating elements. It heats up evenly and with high precision with the induction heating system. I can definitely recommend this grill plate, even if it is a bit expensive.
