Review on πŸ–₯️ HUION KAMVAS Pro 13 GT-133 Graphics Drawing Monitor: Full Lamination, Battery-Free Stylus, 8192 Pen Pressure | 13.3 in Pen Tablet Display for Chromebook, Windows & Mac by Agata Kulesza ᠌

The item is ok but not fully compliant with the description.

- If you buy this tablet, pay attention to the color reproduction of the screen. The screen is calibrated to 120% RGB, which is brighter and more saturated than a regular screen. Please refer to the colors on your laptop/computer monitor. Alternatively, in the OSD settings, you can try to change the color settings, bringing them closer to the parameters of your computer. - You also need to consider that there are only 4 customizable buttons on the tablet itself (+ touchpad for scrolling) and 2 more buttons on the stylus. Hayon has models where there are more buttons available for customization. - the stylus does not have an eraser on the tip, like, for example, a vacom. The button on the stylus is configured for the eraser. - The kit does not include gloves. This is not very important, but the hand may leave marks on the screen or stick to it. In similar models from other manufacturers, there is a glove in the set.

Pros
  • Price, large working area, good equipment (there is a stand, which is missing in the regular version of the tablet).
Cons
  • Unfortunately, the pen calibration is terrible. There is a big discrepancy between the pen tip and the cursor - offset (see photo). I tried to solve the problem in different ways, incl. new calibration, but did not help. As they write in English-language forums, this is a practically unsolvable problem that is related to drivers. Someone previously wrote that this is parallax, but it's not about it, it's a pen calibration problem. For those who are interested or who have such a problem, see the information on the Kamvas pro cursor offset request. Perhaps some of the methods will help you. Also in the theme of the pen - with the approach to the edge of the working area, this offset only increases. Offset is temporarily missing only in the center of the screen, provided that the screen calibration is reset to factory settings. However, after a few minutes of drawing, the calibration deteriorates even in the middle of the screen. How this all affects the drawing process: less control over the movement of the pen, no precision when drawing. You can get used to follow not the tip of the pen, but the cursor on the tablet screen, but then the question arises of the need to purchase such a tablet. After all, if you want to follow the cursor while drawing, it is enough to use a regular tablet without a screen for 4-5 thousand. As a result, I returned the tablet back to the seller.

Its pros: The materials from which the tablet is made, price and equipment. Got cons: A terrible inaccuracy of the pen, even after suffering with calibration it does not get any better.

Different pros: From the point of view of an amateur, previously not used graphics tablets with screens - everything is on the level. Got cons: I would like a little more control keys on the sidebar, but this is not critical.

Excellent drawing. There are sites where this unit can be taken almost two times cheaper than our businessmen aka "yes, the best price on the market, I welcome!" in shops)

A small device - only 13 inches, and weighs a little less than a kilogram. Convenient to use. I got it recently, I'm just getting used to it, but in general I liked it and it works well.
