I wear 36D or DD and ordered LARGE. I bought this bra primarily for golf to significantly compress and reduce my bust. It's both really good and really bad .PROS: With this bra, I'm a flat B cup which is great for me. It looks OK enough under a sport shirt. It has thick fabric so no obvious nipples showing through, and no silly insert pads like other sport bras. And it's reasonably comfortable to wear. BUT . . . .CONS: The straps don't adjust and they kinda cut into my neck and arms. The entire bra tends to slip upwards so my breasts start to stick out a bit underneath (and I'm not droopy, the bra just sits very high). There's an obvious seam on top of each cup just above the nipple area, which is unflattering and shows through clothes. WORST OF ALL - because of the tight straps, I have to put it on over my head and THEN try to fasten the 3 old-fashioned little metal hooks behind my back, which is super difficult and tedious. I've literally owned hundreds of bras and this is THE most difficult one to fasten of any I've ever worn - takes a solid 3-5 minutes and much frustration to get this beast hooked up.
