I was able to set it up easily. I would recommend setting up the phone first, then the computer. I was able to connect and print with no problems. I work from home and print quite a bit, but not much. It has a small paper compartment but still works well. It's great for small needs. It prints as fast as any inkjet printer. give it a chance READ the instructions, do not use the USB cable. The instructions state that it cannot be used during setup. It has colored indicators so you know what condition it is in. Also remove ALL blue tape, being careful not to use force. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS AND CHECK THE PRINTER BEFORE FORCING ANYTHING. They put a sticker on the USB port for a reason. Much luck!
