I love love these bags! I accidentally put a pair (folded into squares) in the front pocket of my suitcase for a recent trip. When they weighed my suitcase at the checkout, it was over the 50 mark. They wanted to add a $100 fee! I pulled out one of these bags and was able to carry enough stuff to break the limit and take the reusable bag as a second piece of carry-on on the plane. Pooh! As can be seen in the photos, I put my handbag, iPad, laptop and panniers with two pairs of shoes and four other t-shirts inside. (Luckily I packed it in lightweight panniers, which made things easier.) The security guards didn't even blink (maybe I was just lucky?) I just squeezed under the seat in front of me. As you can see the seams held up completely and the bag barely stretched. I was able to fold it back into a square when I got home. The material is similar to nylon, so it's a bit difficult to fold, but no problem putting the square back in your purse or whatever. I bought a medium size so who knows what size will fit! They wash great too. I put them in warm water along with other clothes and tumble dry on medium speed (tumble dry). I've washed many times over the past three months with no problems. The only downside is that these bags have more than doubled in price since I bought them!
