Good hair care, poor pump

I really like this shampoo and conditioner. It does exactly what it says on the tin and my wife even loves it. However, I had to dock the star to the bottle pumps. You're just not good. I like the idea of pumps, but if you're going to use them, they have to be more reliable than they are.
