Advantages and disadvantages. for home office chairs

I like the chair but the small wheels don't pull and spin. I'm not a heavy person, I'm only 160 pounds. But for some reason the wheels don't spin all the time, they just pull. This may be because I have a wooden floor, but then higher quality wheels are needed. Maybe rubber wheels, since we're assuming plastic. Yes. It makes sense why he's dragging and not rolling. Oh, and my floors are always clean, so that's not the case.
