This stuff is serious. I had wanted to shed extra water weight fast for the summer and doing extra cardio at the gym just wasn't doing it. After trying several non working products this product delivers. Upon receiving this item only after a few days started seeing the cuts and the water shedding off and in first week lost 5 lbs. I had read in reviews to cycle this product and I highly recommend in doing so because this stuff works. The only down fall is the bottle is only 80 Capsules and being that the Serving Size is 4 Capsules per day this doesn't last even a full month. Therefore can seem pricey however no regrets here, as like I said IT DOES WORK! I am very happy and will order again
