Love how it sits upright and doesn't leave pepper stains underneath. Just like there are no buttons to press. The only problem we found is that the grinder gets clogged up easily with pepper after use. So it works fine once, but any calluses that are still in the grinder don't fall back into the tank and need to be removed for it to work next time. At first I thought we could solve the blocking problem. But this product works about 10 seconds, sticks and is difficult to clean. Repeat above. Waste of time trying to dress up multiple steaks. Look for something that will work consistently and this is not the product.
