I bought this charger for one simple reason, I needed it immediately so I could actually use my laptop. The charger lasted about a month before I had any issues with its functionality. Not to mention that after about a week it all fell apart. I had the charger for about 46 days when it just stopped working. I contacted support and the only thing Amazon could do for me was get my money back. They tried to get me to contact the seller through a third party website which was very sketchy and after my refusal Amazon was unable to offer any further assistance. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the product and the service. But what should I expect from a Microsoft charger that costs 4 times as much?
