I spent 300 dollars for a new mobile OSMO and chose OSMO because of the brand. I've used it several times over the course of 6 months and at first I liked it. Then it came down to quality. The battery does not charge and sometimes suddenly drops from 100% to 50%. I also had a problem with the Bluetooth connection, I couldn't connect to my phone many times. The worst is the customer service. You're just too slow. In the end I decided to send it in for repair. It takes 7 days to ship to the repair center, then takes 8-10 business days to approve the repair. Then they can fix it and ship it back to you. It will probably take another 1-2 weeks. I thought DJI was the leading company in this field but their product quality and customer service sucks. It's just disappointing.
