DJI Phone Camera Gimbal MOBILE Review

Worst product I have ever spent money on. I used it a couple of times and suddenly the roll motor stopped working and got hot. This means there is no stability when moving left to right or front to back. Save your money, don't buy this product. Post-purchase support is also very poor. You can never reach a real person. This is DJI's least prioritized and cheapest product, so they care very little about it.

When I first received it I was very excited but then I found that it doesn't work well with iPhone 7/plus since they have OIS. Even though it can balance the iPhone 7 plus, you cannot use the phone with a case or it will not be balanced. I thought ok I could use 6s for this but after less than 10 hours of use it broke in the middle of a short video shoot! Now all I get is a yellow flashing light and weird noises inside the gimbal.

A little disappointing even with early use, the videos have a strange jitter at the beginning. The horizontal twist lock does not work properly and does not adjust to hold the current iPod. Overall not a very good product with appallingly poor instructions. Okay, almost nine months the thing is completely useless. One of the most annoying products I've ever bought. Gimball doesn't work, doesn't help in the lane, what a complete nonsense. Looks great, but too much effort.

I spent 300 dollars for a new mobile OSMO and chose OSMO because of the brand. I've used it several times over the course of 6 months and at first I liked it. Then it came down to quality.
