Review on Kamikoto by Robert Fulce

Kamikoto's website was a welcome find for me as an avid internet shopper for home goods. After placing an order with them, though, I was left feeling dissatisfied at best. First of all, although the website promised me that my item would arrive within a week, it actually took many weeks to get here. Because of this, I had to scramble to find replacements in time for my dinner party. I called and got unhelpful and disrespectful comments from their customer support team. When my shipment eventually arrived, I was disappointed to find that the things were of low quality and did not look or function like they did in the online photos and descriptions. Some of the cutlery was broken upon arrival, and it looked like it was fashioned from cheap materials. What made matters worse was that Kamikoto's return policy was so stringent that I was denied a reimbursement for the defective items. I felt like I'd been cheated out of my time and money. Overall, Kamikoto is not a site I would suggest to anyone looking for home cooking and dining supplies online. Shopping with them is a tedious and unsatisfying experience due to the low quality of their products, useless customer support, and stringent return policy. If you're in the market for high-quality cooking supplies and attentive service, I recommend shopping elsewhere.
