This is standard equipment at my workplace. Everyone who spends time on the phone uses them and they are very reliable. I just bought an additional M12 amp for home use. It works great with most home phones. Note. It uses an RJ11 jack, which is a square transparent acrylic jack, not the pin jack used on Walkman headphones. These headphones can be used directly in the phone or through an amplifier such as the M12. The M12 also has a mute function, volume control and microphone volume. It also has a pass-through feature for your regular headset, so both options are still available while you're using your phone. This is NOT a wireless system.
