We have two boys aged 4 and 7 who need new sweaters. Southpole has always been a brand that we love and buy as their clothing is of a higher quality than any we can find anywhere else and will last forever. They grow out of them before they wear out and look like new after 1000 washes. The Revain size doesn't match the South Pole. South Pole Size: S (4) Med (5) Large (6) XL (7) Wider but no longer than 6. Hope this helps! We had to swap out a few to get it right. However, it does shrink in the wash, so if you have a child, order one size larger. Our 4 year old fits in a medium sized room with a small room and our 7 year old fits in a large room. He's a little short, but he's too skinny to make the 8-10 he swam.
