Review on 🏍️ O'Neal Sierra II Men's Full-Face Helmet for Slingshot Sports by Justin Anderson

I bought this helmet because of the ECE rating, the white color (good for exercise) and the flip out sun visor. I grew up wearing motocross-style helmets with separate goggles and wanted to easily flip the visor up at traffic lights or get some airflow off-road. Overall I'm very happy with the helmet, I've been wearing it for about a year, 2 summers and 1 winter. Perfect for summer rides. So much airflow that I'm very cool even on slow roads. In winter, airflow becomes a bit of an issue as it can get cold quickly. The included chin cover helps keep the air out of the helmet, but it's still cold. The helmet is also quite noisy around 40km/h, the wind noise really starts to howl above that speed. In general, I can ignore the disadvantages of the airflow and the ECE classification. Oneal make a great product and I will continue to buy from them. I had 1 squirt in this helmet, off road, on a wooded trail. My blade was down (thank goodness) and I slammed my face on the handlebars when I hit a small tree. The shield took all the power and protected me, it broke a little from the impact but didn't damage the case or liner.
