Not the best choice for driving in EUC - too loud!

I bought it to ride a unicycle, not a motorcycle. This helmet was quite big and bulky for that, but you don't really feel that because it's not too heavy. Compared to other EUC and PEV riders who don't wear motorcycle helmets, I looked like a bobblehead but felt well protected. The reason I had to return it was because it seemed to amplify the noise by a factor of 10 when I removed the face shield. As I was driving, several cars drove by and the noise was so deafening that I almost lost control

Something is wrong with the size (tip: two sizes smaller than stated).

The helmet looks good and feels good, the only problem is that I almost couldn't get my head to the size that is supposed to fit well. I have a head size of 62.5cm, maybe 63 max, not round and not too long, and XXL is designed for 63-64cm - but, omg what a pain, albeit for 5 minutes! Extremely difficult to put on, insanely tight all around, especially bad on the cheeks - yes, my face is relatively wide too, but those spots were absolutely unbearable, nothing that would settle with time if myโ€ฆ

Helmet saved my bowler hat in a near fatal accident

Good helmet for the price I recommend buying. It's a bit noisy on the track, better take off your visor if you're in a warm climate and use goggles. The large size fits perfectly and is very comfortable, does not tighten. No headaches or fatigue after 9 hours of climbing and no breathing problems but the visor does fog up. Don't think twice. Just buy it! I'm writing this review because the helmet saved my bowler hat in a 80kph crash. All I had on my mind at the last moment was (I'm dead) andโ€ฆ

Surprisingly quiet. Premium helmet feel.

My first ADV helmet. I was surprised at how quiet the helmet is. I was expecting more noise from the visor. The head ventilation is great, but I can't say it's possible to close the top vents. Cooler weather can get a bit chilly but for hot summer rides this helmet is nice and crisp. The cheek pads are pretty tight but I like them because they keep the helmet stable. My height is 60 cm, so just on the border between L and XL. I've heard they are a bit tight but I went for the big ones anyway as

The perfect off-road helmet if you wear glasses.

I was thrilled when I received this helmet and started looking at it. I have just returned a Bell MX9 helmet two days prior as it did not fit ie did not allow goggles/sunglasses. I don't wear glasses and find them stuffy and clumsy. It's better to use a shield. So finding an off-road helmet with a protective shield and goggles has been a problem, at least so far. The foam area on the temples is approximately an inch lower on the inside compared to Bell helmets, allowing the temples to slideโ€ฆ

DOT and ECE are less than $150

I bought this helmet because of the ECE rating, the white color (good for exercise) and the flip out sun visor. I grew up wearing motocross-style helmets with separate goggles and wanted to easily flip the visor up at traffic lights or get some airflow off-road. Overall I'm very happy with the helmet, I've been wearing it for about a year, 2 summers and 1 winter. Perfect for summer rides. So much airflow that I'm very cool even on slow roads. In winter, airflow becomes a bit of an issue as itโ€ฆ

Nice helmet but I personally didn't like it

I got this helmet while trying to do dual sport/adventure riding and didn't want something "too expensive" buy if it weren't right. hobbies for me. Well, 15,000 miles later I'm absolutely ready, but have since switched to a Bell MX-9 MIPS helmet. I've done most of those 15,000 miles with this O'Neal helmet and I've worn it summer, winter, pouring rain, crossed rivers, done a few BDR rides in it etc and it has performed very well. good and protected me. This O'Neal is good but has flaws. Theโ€ฆ
