I bought this monitor because of USB-C, but when I first unpacked and plugged in my 2018 MacBook Pro 15, it doesn't send an image, just "No input found" but provides power that charges the MacBook. I called customer service, they put me through to 4 people doing the same thing. Like my case number, name, phone number and I told them about my situation that I want to return due to broken monitor. The last guy told me I needed the $15 a month service and then hung me up. It took me 2 hours.
