I was so happy to receive this item but overall I was disappointed. First of all, I want to say that the material is not cheap and not flimsy. It's heavy and massive. At the same time, the waist of the average size, which is my usual size, was too big. The length was also totally uncomfortable. I'm only 5ft 3cm tall and this skirt hits above the ankle. It also doesn't drape well, it looks like you're trying to wear a blanket instead of a skirt. I'm giving it 3 stars because, besides the poor sizing and the weird way of wearing it, the skirt's material was of better quality than any garment I've ever bought from Revain. For reference, my waist measurements are 28, my hips are 41, and again I'm 5'3". Hope this helps.
