I had elbow surgery a few years ago to remove extensive bone debris that had accumulated to the point where the joint was effectively locking was and could not move. I've lost about 10 degrees of range of motion since the surgery and it still hurts in the morning when I exercise. I got this sleeve to keep my ankles warm and it worked great but I couldn't get used to the asymmetry of the sleeve on just one side so I had to get another one. I now wear sleeves during upper body workouts and they allow me to go back to doing heavy push ups and deadlifts without my elbow being the limiting factor. It hasn't helped me get rid of my biceps tendonitis and some forms of curls are still beyond my capacity but they get a 5 star rating for helping me get the exercises back into my arsenal and they absolutely do have been worthwhile. Don't expect miracles if you have tendonitis or chronic elbow pain, but I've regained some function and reduced the pain after exercising.
