I had mixed thoughts when purchasing this item but I'm glad I did. After reading MANY reviews of other brands and debating whether or not to go with the more expensive French brand, I settled on this one. This is my first enameled cast iron cookware and I'm really looking forward to using this little beauty to cook a variety of stovetop and oven dishes.
