Overall a very good product. The reason for the lower score is that the screen surface is much more slippery than the iPad screen, making it worse for the Apple Pencil. A paper-like surface works best for this. I installed two of these, one for my wife and one for me. I have a stain in one corner that doesn't fit perfectly but doesn't get in the way. UPDATE: They certainly support their product. They contacted me and offered a full refund as I wasn't completely satisfied. In fairness I have to say that the iPad Pencil works very well with a tread, although as I said the surface is more slippery than the standard one. Because of this I have terrible handwriting which makes it even more of a problem for me personally! I am changing my overall rating to 4 stars.
