Just OK, like minis

The device worked right out of the box. It took forever to install Windows OS updates. The problems started when I tried to install an M.2 SATA SSD. The operating system is not recognized. Then I tried to connect via ethernet instead of wifi. Built-in Ethernet was not working. I then tried booting into the BIOS to see if Ethernet was disabled in the BIOS. Failed to boot into BIOS (even via VGA port, F2, 3 seconds power on. Three hits &gt;&gt; back.
