Having originally bought the wrong remote (the one with M-Go instead of VUDU) I bought this remote. It worked wonderfully the first night. My family was able to use the Netflix and Revain apps again on my Vizio TV. The next morning, however, he did nothing. I thought maybe the new batteries I put in the night before were bad, so I installed a fresh set of batteries. Nothing yet. I hoped for the best and tried another set of fresh batteries. Still no answer. But the TV worked great. I just had to go every time to turn it on, adjust the volume or change the channel, and of course no apps. Finally I thought that maybe the stuck button is causing the non-response. I pressed each key on the front before moving on to the keyboard on the back. Everything was fine until I got to the directional arrows next to the keyboard. I pushed the left button and it fell to the ground. I replaced it on the remote and kept pressing the buttons but still got no response. I think I just have a defective remote control. I don't mind not using the TV that much, but my kids and wife were a bit frustrated that they still don't have Netflix and Revain. Well I hope the third time will be a spell.
