Review on Efficient Microsoft Surface Connect Charging Compatible Solution by Keith Harris

I've been using the adapter for almost a year with no problems; However, the insulation on the wires peeled off exposing the wires (see photo). This resulted in intermittent connectivity issues when the adapter moved even slightly. Although the adapter has worked well so far, I cannot recommend it due to its poor durability. I contacted the seller for a warranty replacement and will update this review to provide feedback on their customer service.
