Dremel did the job - handlebars and components
As others have said this item is a semi permanent solution and is very difficult to stretch, open and close. I knew that I would still give 5 stars. Since I wanted to use it as a dog leash holder, I bought a Dremel. Grinding the notch makes it much easier to put on and take off. Of course you then compromise holding power, but I'm fine with that for my application. Very well made product and fits my MOLLE panel perfectly.
