I would like to give this product 5 stars but unfortunately I can't because of the included screws for mounting. Some monitors and TVs don't seem to have deep screw holes on the back where the VESA plate attaches. I had to take the 4 screws that hold the brackets to the VESA 100 x 100 plate and use them to screw them into the back of the TV. The 4 thumb screws that came with the kit I had to use with the nuts of the smaller screws to install the 4 levers to change the VESA to a VESA 200 x 100. If the product came with a total of 8 small screws, washers and nuts I would give 5 stars. I recommend this product to others; However, tell them that they may have to improvise and put some screws where they shouldn't be to use the screws to allow VESA to be mounted.
