My daughter wears the 5T we ordered. When she tried it on it was too loose around her chest and arms. So we returned it and bought 4at. Size 4T fitted, but then we noticed that one strap was noticeably smaller than the other and the fringes at the top were missing in places. Also, the neckline was sewn incorrectly on the back where the piece was folded and actually sewn. The 4T was also quite large for my 44 inch daughter.
