Always look for unscented baby products that have few or no harmful ingredients. It's hard to find ones that don't contain essential oils for my daughter's sensitive, eczema-prone skin, plus I just want a few scents. I usually buy unscented Babo Zink diaper cream, but it's bloody expensive for something we use so often (almost $9 for a tube!). This diaper cream is a little cheaper but has less zinc than Babo (16% vs 25% I think) but is thicker and of the same quality. Seems to be just as effective for diaper rash. Would buy again.
