I just received the lampshade and it's so cool! I couldn't figure out how to assemble it for hanging, so I changed the petal configuration several times. The pictures aren't very good, but they give you an idea of how the shade leaves can be placed. It was easy to assemble (took me 20 minutes) and I think the petals will hold up well once hung. (No glue required, they just snap into small slots in the cylinder's plastic frame.) The petals will come loose if you press hard during assembly, but once hung it's not a problem.
