I like it because its free! Its easy to use as well. Also very detailed instructions are provided with each template so you know exactly how to customize it for your needs. There aren't any real downsides that i can think of but nothing at this time either. This software is great if you want an excellent way to convert from pdfs to word docs without having to spend thousands of dollars per year licensing other programs such as office 365 or google suite licenses. In our business we have tons of forms which require some customization before they will be acceptable by client. We were using costly cloud versioning apps where clients could not view/edit templates prior to upload. These templates were uploaded to the software after hours work was done. Now with solid converter those same employees only need access and download the file rather than wait until after.
