The ease of searching for potential employers through their website is very convenient. They also help connect me to the local communities where I am searching for employment. When applying online I have experienced multiple instances of glitches while using their computer software. This includes things such as losing my place during live chat/conversation, having issues with the site loading before even being able to talk, or even leaving it in the background but still lost. If working locally, they can do very specific searches to finding positions that would be difficult nationwide. Overall it has been a good experience, but there are some instances I dislike doing business with them. I hope they continue to grow their services. Employment services, both nationally and locally. The best part about working for MGA Healthcare is the people. The other employees are amazing and always willing to help. The only thing I dislike is the pay. I wish I could make more. It's a job but it's not a career. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a job that is enjoyable and pays well. I am currently working on the Medical Staffing Team. I am helping to recruit and place nurses and other healthcare professionals.
