Here's the thing. The product is EXACTLY as ordered. No problem. HOWEVER, this is just a nightmare. First the keys are chipped as it should be. The keys are made of steel, so they last a long time. Most keys are cast iron, cheap junk. BUT, the key maker wants $100 + cutting fees. Why? Because the wedges tear the cutting disc and it has to be replaced. Remote control. VERY FEW locksmiths know how to program them. So you have to take it to the dealer. And will they program it? No, they told me they don't sell it, so they won't touch it. If you look online you will see all sorts of videos about it. But not for Chev, Sierra 2012. Just so you know, I have no problem with either the seller or the product, it just happened. I wish I had known that beforehand.
