Review on Projector Xiaomi Wanbo Projector T2 MAX 1920x1080 (Full HD), 250 lm, LCD, 0.9 kg by Stanisaw Wojnowski ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Nothing unusual, a normal product.

I switched off the zoom and all keystone corrections, backed away from the screen until it was 2 meters away, and then I had a full 85 inches at a very respectable brightness level. If you don't cycle your Android device, you'll constantly be blown out of the sky. However, 720p videos on YouTube play smoothly. Very likely due to a lack of RAM, the user's preset was saved at a level where the display was optimal for nearly all situations (Brightness 80%, Contrast 50%, Colors 50%, Sharpness 10%, Hue 0%), with the exception of the brightly lit cutscenes in a few games. After booting up the computer, the first thing I did was fire up Forza Horizon 5. I check the frame rate on the gamepad here and there, and it's at 60 FPS there and there. Wanbo's brightness is somewhat lower than that of displays, yet it's more than adequate for competition. In my game mode, the latency is hardly noticeable as compared to playing on a PC. Hades is a game that requires a lot of delay, and it's working perfectly. Even in total darkness, the lighting in Terraria and comparable games with a large number of tiny details is too dim and uncomfortable. Please move the projector closer to the screen. Relaxed role-playing games like Skyrim and Fable are no trouble. Comfortable use is ensured. In sum: I don't use or recommend built-in Android unless there is literally nothing else available. It's an overpayment for a smart TV that barely functions. Do not employ keystone corrections unless absolutely necessary. If you're not sure, don't use zoom. turns off some pixels, reducing brightness to 250 lux and reducing contrast to reveal less details in the image. Excellent games; I was pleasantly surprised. The delay is noticeably less than the first version of the identical Xiaomi Mijia. Image - Very Excellent. It takes a few minutes to heat up like other projectors, and it shouldn't be placed more than two meters, preferable 1.5 meters, from the screen (screen size is not more than 85 "and preferably 75") Its sole utility is low light conditions. It seems like a great deal for only $11,000. Knowing the ins and outs of projectors, I'd probably overpay for a brighter China one without Android.

Pros
  • Dimensions, cost, and visual quality
Cons
  • There is no illumination; even in total darkness, it is difficult to make out. Android does not lag, however online movies frequently stop working. Wi-Fi speeds top out at 50 Mbps (xbox gives out 800 Mbps over wireless). Turning on CEC can cause it to turn on backwards at times.
