At Litever's online store, I had terrible customer service experiences.

I recently bought some lighting fixtures from the Litever online shop, and I was very disappointed with their customer service. First of all, the delivery was delayed without any prior notification, and it took me several tries to get through to their customer support. When I did eventually get through to someone, they were unhelpful and uninterested in helping me solve my problem. They were dismissive and rude, declining to give any justification for the hold-up or a projected delivery date. Even worse, the products were of poor quality and didn't match the website description when they eventually did arrive. Litever's return policy was difficult to understand when I tried to return the goods, making it nearly impossible to receive a refund. Overall, I had a terrible experience with the Litever online shop. I wouldn't counsel anyone to shop at this establishment, and I would tell prospective customers to look for a more dependable and accommodating substitute instead.
