I like that it allows me to track my campaigns from beginning to end, but also gives you all of your analytics so if something isn't going well or there are issues with conversion tracking - we can figure out what's causing them! It takes some getting used to as everything looks very different than other platforms (such as Google Analytics). Make sure you have someone who understands this software at hand when signing up because they will walk you through how things work once signed in. We use their reporting feature heavily; however, sometimes it doesn't include enough data points which makes us spend more time figuring stuff out ourselves rather then just having access to reports. They do offer training sessions upon request though. Tracking our customer journeys has been extremely helpful.
