The first day after opening the box, 2 cracked silver plastic covers were found on the armrest of the chair. On the second day, the back of the chair began to come loose, the clips came loose from the mesh, and the rubber part also came loose. The whole chair fell apart. Immediately, on the 2nd day, I made a complaint to the seller with a request to return the goods, and on the 2nd day to return the money. After a lot of walking around and 10+ emails plus pictures of the damaged product they just mailed the parts to me instead of sending them back and refunding. It took 4-5 weeks to communicate with this seller. They then replied that they have a 30 day return policy and I've expired. . Not sure at all.
